Why these 3 key populations?

1.Improve the quality of and access to HIV prevention, treatment, care, support and other services for key populations; 2.Improve the human rights of key populations; 3.Integrate specific services for key populations within the general health system; 4.Strengthen the capacity of civil society organisations that work on HIV and key populations; 5.Develop and strengthen a comprehensive and concerted approach on HIV and key populations by the alliance partners.
