Mission Help children, parents, and society by making children more concentrated and focused so that they can perform better in school.
10
Analyse What is the current challenges in your country? … and is your agenda relevant?
11
Analyse In Denmark there is a big focus on education, integration and including children that are challenged in school life. The schools use 2 billion EUR out of a 6 billion EUR budget on challenged groups.
12
The best Which organisation would you like to be as successful as?
13
The best We communicate with many organisations and ask for advice. Our ambition is to be the most professional social youth organisation in Denmark.
14

15
Money There is very little support for chess in Denmark but different organisations support social projects. We are a scholastic organisation with a clear social profile.
16
Strategy What is your plan? Do you need to rethink?
17
Strateg y We try to run DSCF as a professional organisation. Despite being a small organisation our ambition is to be a serious partner for the Ministry of Education. We brand “Skoleskak” as a method that helps children perform better in school.
18
Friends Who support your agenda?
19
Friends Schools, parents, and society have major concerns related to children performing bad in school – particularly boys – due to lack of concentration. We try to help solving this problem, and we get goodwill, media attention and more friends.
20
Step-by- step Network and knowledge from other organisations are valuable.
21
Step-by- Step In 2009 we got our first large-scale project with a social/integration framework. Yet, we still need to fundraise 90% of our budget every year. However, things are getting better year by year.
