Interviews I quite enjoyed it actually, it made me think about it more, it made me think about exactly where I am with my learning sometimes it’s a shame that we don’t do a bit more pre course [work] because I don’t always think training is suitable for the job that we do it gave me an idea of what I wanted to achieve and it also gave my manager an idea of where I was going with it
