2 I will bless the LORD at all times; His praise shall continually be in my mouth Psalms 34:1 Then Job arose…and fell down and worshipped, and said, “Naked came I out of my mother’s womb, and naked shall I return thither: the LORD gave, and the LORD hath taken away; blessed be the name of the LORD. Job 1:20-21

3 Although the fig tree shall not blossom, neither shall fruit be in the vines; the labor of the olive shall fail, and the fields shall yield no meat; the flock shall be cut off from the fold, and there be no herd in the stalls; Yet I will rejoice in the LORD, I will joy in the God of my salvation. Habakkuk 3:17-18

7 WORSHIPPERS WITH UNSTOPPABLE PASSION TO WORSHIP JOB– Worshiped God even under extreme pain and disasters HABAKKUK--Worshiped God during hard times PAUL & SILAS– Worshiped God even under persecution

8 TO BECOME A WORSHIPER WITH AN UNSTOPPABLE PASSION FOR WORSHIP, YOU NEED TO….

(HABAKKUK) RESPOND TO GOD'S WORTH, NO MATTER WHAT CIRCUMSTANCE YOU ARE IN "Though the fig tree should not blossom, and there are no fruit on the vines, though the yield of the olive should fail, and the fields produce no food, though the flock should be cut off from the fold, and there be no cattle in the stalls, yet I will exult in the LORD, I will rejoice in the God of my salvation." (Hab 3:17-18)

10 HABAKKUK TEACHES US TO revere God's worth (glory, greatness, majesty). It never changes though your circumstances do. rejoice in God's presence rely on God's All-Sufficiency and Provision

(JOB) CHOOSE TO PRAISE GOD EVEN WHEN UNDER GREAT TRIALS " Job arose, tore his robe, and shaved his head; and he fell to the ground in worship and said: Naked I came from my mother's womb, and naked I shall return there. The LORD gave and the LORD has taken away, blessed be the name of the LORD." Job 1:20- 21

12 JOB TEACHES US TO: praise God for giving and for taking away revere God's Sovereignty over all things honor God by willing submission "O let my trembling soul be still, And wait Thy wise, Thy holy will! I cannot, Lord, Thy purpose see, Yet all is well since ruled by Thee.“ Spurgeon

13 “The secret things belong unto the LORD our God…” Deut 29:29 “O the depth of the riches both of the wisdom and the knowledge of God! How unsearchable are his judgments, and his ways fast finding out.” Rom 11:33 “Trust in the LORD with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths.” Pro 3:5-6

14 III. (PAUL & SILAS) RESOLVE TO WORSHIP GOD EVEN WHEN YOU ARE SUFFERING FOR CHRIST " About midnight Paul and Silas were praying and singing hymns to God, and the other prisoners were listening to them." Acts 16:25

16 GOD IS WORTHY TO BE WORSHIPED

17 Our God most holy, most glorious and awesome, deserves our unstoppable passion for worship! Revere God's glory and greatness Rejoice in His presence Commit to His purpose
