Allocations are the maximum number of students that you are eligible to hire as a supervisor. Allocations are divided into work study and operating fund positions. We are operating on a reduced budget for this academic year. This includes a wage freeze and no students working during intercession and spring break. In order to hire a student you must fill in the number of available openings Specify starting dates, end dates, and time frame Answers on the questionnaire will affect the job’s class level and pay rate

New Students must fill out tax forms in addition to their work contract. New students must bring the proper ID’s with them when they submit this paperwork. The proper identification can be met with: U.S. Passport OR Driver’s License or ECSU ID and a Social Security Card or Birth Certificate. OR And

The Student Employment Contract and Work Voucher must be submitted to the Student Employment Office for every term that the student works. Pay rate is subject to verification in the State Payroll system. You must receive a signed Work Authorization Voucher before your student begins working a new term. We will not accept the Voucher unless the supervisor and student have signed it. Please fill in accurate starting and end dates.
