JVI: Tommy Miller, Tom Miller, Billy Allen, Barry Lovett & Darst Pirtle @ the Dow Site has been recognized along with their crews for the dedication & commitment for keeping all personnel safe & reaching 1 Million Man Hrs w/out an OSHA @ Dow and Samsung. – Recognized By James Reynolds, Brent Bowers & Pelle Donham Skyline: 5 YEARS OSHA FREE Tracer: Caniel Massey was recognized for a job well done for handling the Heat Trace jobs @ B-2200. Good job of communicating & had a great attitude while performing the job safely. Brand: Insulators Crew @ OC-501 was recognized for flagging a leak on the D-121 system. Drum was pressured tested and the leak tighten and stopped. – Recognized by Matthew MacDonald Infinity Maintenance: OC-501Crew took ownership of plant by putting a piece of critical equipment back together after working long hrs. This job was completed quickly and safely. – Recognized by Timothy Closs Norrell: Norrell crew working @ Sadara OJT Training Facilities has worked 4,618 man hours on the Sadara OJT projects with no incidents and very high quality work. Completed work in a timely and safe manner. – Recognized by Randy Moore

Maxim: Matt Vanhal, Martin Castaneda, Chuck Walker & Ray Hernandez @ LHC-8 did excellent work on critical job for ID-9 shaft removal. Job was short noticed. Crew worked 14hr day, lifts managed between high winds and also work through the rain. Lifts were done safely & critical equipment completed with any incidents.- Recognized by Frank Duncan & Steven Baker Industrial Gunite: IGI crew @ LHC-7 successfully completed the restoration on H-5 Furnace project with ZERO INCIDENTS!!! 3,614 Man-Hrs work on project. – Recognized by IGI Management STS: Dwight Barrett & Robert Dohle were instrumental in the development of the FRP training curriculum for the Sadara project. Safety procedures were integrated as part of the training & safety hazards were pointed out. – Recognized by MTS Department Firetrol: Bryan Zickefoose, John Lynn, Chad Gifford, David Lynn & Charlie Rivera @ the B-3803 Dow GEP Project worked well with Operations & the other Contractors. Crew performed well, keeping Safety at the forefront of their tasks. Crew performed quality work while being Safe and complying with the Cow Culture. – Recognized by Joe Rosales, MEC Team.
