KINSHIP RELATIONS EXPRESSIONS TYPOLOGY: THE IMPLICIT Implicit relations (It implies a kin relation without kin terminology): a) Nobility titles (ex. Aveiras countess = spouse of Aveiras count); b) Royal Family (ex. “Infante” = king´s son / brother); c) Neutral: Single presence of associated kinship terms (verbs or nouns that indicate a kinship situation as for example, marriage, birth and death).

Explicit relations (include kinship terminology): a) Simple (“son of“, “grandmother of”); b) Estructured: in sequence (Mrs. Constança granddaughter, António Rodrigues wife and Francisco Correia sister); c) Composed: It congregates all the other forms (includes one or more combinations between all other items, explicit or implicit).
