Russell VoTeR Center 29 September 2006 3 Voting Equipment Evaluation Activity since April-May 2006 VoTeR Center evaluated several systems, including AccuVote Optical Scan system IVS Inspire vote-by-phone system The evaluations are done in the UConn VoTeR Lab Hands-on evaluation Exploration of possible attack vectors Physical integrity (to a lesser extent) Mitigation strategies
