A Hate Group Website is basically what it says: a website created by a Hate Group Not only is there literature on the sites, but many sell merchandise, have radio or talk shows, and are fundraising Many times a Hate Group Website will look very professional so it can be seen as scientific or intellectual instead of what they really are, hateful ? ? ?
3
The point of the website is to get the information (the group’s hate) out to the masses in another form widely available to all For “cyberstalking” (stalking via the internet) Many Hate Group Websites use them to personally target who they think their enemy is But why?...
4
Hate Group websites are ILLEGAL in many other countries In America Hate Group Websites flourish Many Hate Group outside of America host their websites on US servers, which prevent them from prosecution in their own country Why? Due to our 1 st Amendment right: the freedom of Speech
5
Many Hate Groups have websites A few to name are: The Klu Klux Klan (http://www.kkk.com/) The New Black Panther Party (http://www.newblackpanther.com/) The Jewish Defense League (http://www.jdl.org/) White Aryan Resistance (http://www.resist.com/)
6
No Hate A few reasons I’m personally against them are: I don’t believe in promoting hate in any way, form, or fashion I believe people of all races, creed and religion should be able to live freely where they chose and kindly respect one another I believe it’s a misuse of the internet
