3. Worship in the Spirit What did he tell us to do? He first told us to sing. We can sing: In our own language and musical idiom In other tongues both Unknown Foreign languages Singing is prayer and should be a conversation with God Singing should bring us into an encounter with God

God Gives Gifts for Worship 1 Corinthians 12:9-11 to another faith by the same Spirit, to another gifts of healing by that one Spirit, to another miraculous powers, to another prophecy, to another distinguishing between spirits, to another speaking in different kinds of tongues, and to still another the interpretation of tongues. All these are the work of one and the same Spirit, and he gives them to each one, just as he determines.

19. Deliverance Deliverance from demons is a demonstration of God’s power and his love for the demon infested, Therefore, it is a form of worship Jesus said that if persons did not believe in his words they should believe in the miracles he performed

20. Worship Prophecy, Words of knowledge, resting in the Spirit, and deliverance are all part of the Lords communicating with us, but our worship is our communication with Him extolling his character, and giving thanks for his beneficence!
