Market Handling Condition Study Observations of Field Condition ( Bad Practices ):- Required to do to cope up the situation:- Product is being tied very tightly by rope during transportation, It causes product & carton damage Product is transported on truck end flap, which causes excessive vibration & Violent shock to product Man is stepping up on product for loading / Unloading and for Putting tarpaulin Product is being loaded & unloaded without ramp on warehouse, causing falling from height Product is being loaded & unloaded by single man & dropping from his hip height Product is being transported by single man on his back, almost keeping horizontal condition Product is being hit at any place while loading & unloading to truck/ramp/channels/walls/steps etc.. Product is being pulled by plastic straps for handling & supported by knee or foot causing press marks No trolleys or stacker is being used for handling & stacking Product is being kept in warehouse at very humid / hot / Dusty / water leaking condition Cont. Training & education to be done for better handling & transportation condition at all levels Bulky Product need to be transported on trolleys only & stacked by two persons To make SOP for Transportation / Loading & Unloading & 100% follow that at all levels

Process : Unloading of Product from Vehicle to Trolley, Hydraulic Hand Pallet etc. Photo : 1) Park the vehicle according to Vehicle height & Ramp Height. 2) Place Products (according to Models) on Trolley and Hydraulic Hand Pallet correctly. 3) As per mentioned on Product, Use manpower for Unloading. ( Refer below Tent.Chart ) Do’s / Don’t :Check Point : 1) Check Vehicle seal before unloading 2) Check Products boxes are stacked properly. 3) Check Top Direction of Product during Unloading. Do’s / Don’t :Check Point : 1) The Floor should be smooth from Ramp to Warehouse. 2) Required Manpower should be available during handling. 3) Check Stacking height for easy transfer of Product. UNLOADING STEP-2 The Floor not to be rough. No lifting by single person, W/O ramp, no unload Product not to be improper on trolley. Training & Education

Do’s / Don’t :Check Point : 1) Check the Product is in right location. 2) Check Product Stacking height as per Product. UNLOADING STEP-3 No over stacking & horizontal keeping Don't throw / drop the on the Product Direction of Product during Unloading Training & Education

Process : Loading of Product from Trolley, Hydraulic Hand Pallet etc. to Vehicle. Photo : 1) Place the Product on Vehicle Properly. 2) Place the Heavy Product below & low weight product at up side. 3) Stack more height in front side (Driver side) & less at backside of Vehicle. or Uniform Height. 2) Fill gap in Vehicle by Thermacol etc. or tie it by rope. Purpose : Easy & Safe Loading / Unloading of Product from / to Vehicle. Types of Ramp : (i) Hydraulic Height Adjustment Ramp Variable height adjustment ramp. It is little Costly. It can be used where dispatch is more. (ii) Manual Height Adjustment Ramp : It is Manually Operated ramp. It is cheap & Also Installation is easy. It is mostly used where Vehicle Height Variation is very low. (iii) Fixed Height Ramp : It is a fixed height level ramp It is used where fix height vehicles are there. 1) RAMP Purpose : Easy & Safe Loading / Unloading of Product from / to Warehouse. (i) Hydraulic Hand Pallet It is used for following products Washing machine / MWO / Small REF. (ii) Trolley : It is used for following products All Refrigerator, Washing M/c 2) TRANSFER MEDIA Training & Education

Purpose : Easy & Safe Warehouse Dispatch. (i) Following Points to be Check Before Loading Vehicle base/floor condition check ( Damage, Rough ) Any Sharp edges points. Side columns breakage or not Preferably it should be container type. Parked on correct ramp. (ii) Following Points to be Check Before Unloading Boxes not to be in damaged condition. Boxes are stacked properly. Wrong Stacking of Product ( Heavy Product on Low ) 3) VEHICLE Purpose : Safe & Defect free Loading / Unloading Process. Loading / Unloading Process Knowledge to Existing Manpower. New Manpower Training for Skill in Loading / Unloading Method. 4) MANPOWER SKILL Training & Education
