3 School Choice Placement Center Contact No:651-632-3760  Central is the Community School for Area F1  Central is the District wide magnet for the French Immersion program (Areas A-F).  Central is the Regional IB magnet for Area C (West of 35E) & Area E Busing will be provided to schools within the student’s Attendance Area as well as to Regional and District Magnets. Any student who lives outside the attendance areas may apply to Central. Admitted students will be expected to provide their own means of transportation.

11 4/24/2015 IB MYP The MYP:  addresses holistically students’ intellectual, social, emotional and physical well-being  provides students opportunities to develop the knowledge, attitudes and skills they need in order to manage complexity, and take responsible action for the future  ensures breadth and depth of understanding through study in eight subject groups  requires the study of at least two languages to support students in understanding their own cultures and those of others  empowers students to participate in service with the community  Students are required to complete a Personal Project in grade 10.
