NCPIRC 2007 No Child Left Behind (NCLB) The No Child Left Behind (NCLB) Education Law affects every state and public schools in the country.

NCPIRC 2007 Facts about NCLB The goal of NCLB is for all students in public schools to be on grade level by 2014. Much of NCLB applies ONLY to Title 1 schools. The primary focus of NCLB is to improve the academic outcomes of low income students attending schools in “need of improvement”.
