2. 2 OR Tri-County Training 2014 Registering with Link and Learn Tests  Go to https://www.linklearncertification.comhttps://www.linklearncertification.com  Returning volunteers who remember last year’s user name and password can use them, otherwise  Set up a new IRS account with the “create account” button  Select “02-TCE-AARP Volunteer” for Group  Select “Publication 4491” for Training Source  Supply other requested information

3. 3 OR Tri-County Training 2014 Taking the Tests I  Go to https://www.linklearncertification.com https://www.linklearncertification.com  Log in with just created (or last year’s) account name and password  Select Advanced tab  Start with Standards of Conduct (Ethics) test  If requested by instructor, sign Volunteer agreement electronically, print it, and turn in to instructor.

4. 4 OR Tri-County Training 2014 Taking the Tests II  We recommend answering the Advanced tax law test and retest in the 6744 test book, then  Take the Advanced test on line  (Re)print the volunteer agreement showing Standards of Conduct (Ethics) and Advanced Tests passed and turn in to your instructor.  We don’t need the certificates. Note, the online test questions can be from the 6744 test or retest. Read the questions carefully.
