10. Barriers/Solutions  No formal transportation system – our borders reach from South Dakota, Wyoming, and Colorado to central Nebraska. Many towns are 60 miles apart, with no water, shelter or shade along the way. NMBYISM - Many people still refuse to accept the facts that homelessness exists.
