2. GET ONBOARD Each Agency/ Department/ Emergency Support Function (ESF) with disaster related duties shall be WebEOC registered. For registration please contact Putnam County Emergency Management at (386) 329-0379

3. WEBEOC Click on the EOC desktop link to the WebEOC login page or WebEOC may be access anywhere on the internet at: www.http://webeoc.put nam-fl.com/eoc6/ www.http://webeoc.put nam-fl.com/eoc6/

4. SIGN-IN/SIGN-OUT BOARD Purpose: Document EOC involvement and attendance. All WebEOC users must sign-in and sign-out upon using WebEOC. Function: maintain accountability within each Agency/Department/ESF with disaster related duties.

5. MISSION/ASSIGNMENT BOARD Purpose: Task and track all Putnam county resource requests that are processed requested through the EOC. Function: Each Agency/Department/ ESF receive assignments and process requests for resources.

6. EVENT & INFORMATION BOARD Purpose: Log significant events and information pertaining to an incident. Function: Display all events (significant and minor) as well as ALL information as it pertains to incident operations, logistics, planning, information and finance.

7. ESF SITUATION REPORT BOARD Purpose: Provide critical information as deemed by EOC division leads/each Agency/Department/ESF Function: Source for critical public information (ESF-14/Public Information ESF-5/ Information and Planning) Sensitive or unverified information shall NOT be posted to this Board. Unverified information or developing information should only be posted to the EVENT & INFORMATION BOARD

8. CHAT TOOL Purpose: Immediate communication Function: Informal method of communication within WebEOC

9. MESSAGE TOOL Purpose: Communication Function: Allow users to communicate with each other via an internal messaging system

10. INTERNET LINKS Purpose: Situational awareness Function: Provide access to suggested important internet links

11. FEMA FORMS Purpose: Easy access to the required FEMA forms Function: FEMA requires each jurisdiction/agency to submit and complete forms and reports.
