Building Requirements  LEED Certified – per state requirements  72 hours, self-sustained generator (Possible reuse of existing generator as cost saving measure)  Reuse existing 2- convault tanks for fuel island (Diesel and regular - 500 gallons each)  Architecture to match surrounding buildings

Site Requirements  The Existing fire station shall remain open at all times with ingress and egress 24 hours a day.  During construction, all utilities servicing adjacent and off-site facilities shall not be interrupted  Secure staging areas and site at all times with a 6 foot high chain link fence with wind screen  Drainage per SFWMD
