8 8 Projected turnout on November 4 th is 50% To win Proposition 47 needs 4,415,123 (50%+1). Turning out Prop 47 supporters among the following constituencies could be decisive:  African-American and Latino Voters.  Voters in the Bay Area, Sacramento, Central Valley, LA, San Diego, Southern California (including Inland Empire).  Young Voters under 30 and voters 30-39.  Low Income Voters. Going down the ballot: In a typical election drop off can be 5 to 8% which can be decisive in winning or losing.
