1.Click “File” then “Print” 2.Pay attention to the settings 3.Determine if you want to print specific slides If so, click “Print All Slides” button. Then choose between Current Slide or Custom Range. At this point, avoid printing all. 1 slide/page 4.Strong suggestion: Print note handouts Avoid printing Full Page Slides! Click the “Full Page Slides” button to see the options. 3 page handouts and up will put more than one slide on a page! Printing a PowerPoint can be Draining!
