3 To be a legal practitioner you need: 1.Academic law degree (LLB or JD) 2.Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice (GDLP) 3.Admission to the Supreme Court of Victoria 4.A Practising Certificate from the Legal Services Board; and 5.Annual Continuing Professional Development compliance (CLE/CPD) NB: an alternative pathway to PLT exists in VIC PRACTISING AS A LAWYER
