Construction Industries of Rhode Island supplies the Hardhats (with their logo) Beacon Mutual Insurance Company supplies the Work Gloves & Safety Glasses The New England Laborers Union supplies the Canvas Bags (with their logo) Many Organizations donated Materials, Supplies and individual handouts

11 How do we get Organizations to Contribute? We Ask! Sometimes organizations will contact you after hearing about the event and offer assistance.

12 It is Important to Remember: There is no Magic Funding Formula It is sometimes better (and easier) to receive handouts or materials than money. National companies (Subway, McDonalds, Loews, Home Depot etc..) may contribute to one event and not another. Always check with your local stores.

13 It is Important to Remember: Be careful what you agree to pay for. It is sometimes difficult to cut back. Schools can contribute to the event or pay their own way. Some events cost a little – Some cost a lot. It is up to each Planning Committee to control their own finances.
