Other News Federal DBE Regulations are being updated more frequently ◦ Driven by ARRA-related audits and GAO recommendations ◦ NPRM Comment period concluded December 24 th ◦ Final rulings take 3 – 6 months to be published TRANS-AC is initiating a Labor Compliance Subcommittee to tackle “practical guide” for Prevailing wage enforcement
