Summary of the Project Project Title: Better Education for Africa’s Rise (BEAR) Beneficiary: 5 SADC countries Donor: The Republic of Korea Duration: 5 years (2011 – 2015) Budget: Min. 1,000,000 USD per year (overall) 2011: 1,000,000 USD The first large development cooperation initiative from Korean government in education in Africa
