New Zealand’s national centre for family and whānau violence research and information. We work to support and inform the links between family violence work in research, policy and practice. Practice Research NZFVC Policy Funded by the Families Commission

Disseminating information Information provided on family violence statistics, primary prevention, child abuse, IPV, elder abuse, perpetrator programmes and sexual violence. 641 information requests 765 registered library borrowers 34 newsletters emailed to 2870 people

525 news stories between October 2011 and June 2014 298 local, national and international events posted over 3 years 2525 items in electronic & hard copy library

Over 70,000 unique visitors to the website in 3 years. Approx 100-250 visits per weekday 400-450 visits on newsletter days
