Barrett – IDE 712 2 Context The Hiawatha Seaway Council has a monthly Roundtable Meeting (RM) for the leaders in the Boy Scouts of America (BSA) program. –District level event –Inform leaders of upcoming events –Provide up-to-date information about policy and procedures –Provide leadership development –Promote networking opportunities for leaders
