Proprietary and Confidential Personalization You can personalize many of the SCP screens so that they only display information that is useful to you. This training session explains how to personalize SCP by showing/hiding columns of data and resorting the columns in SCP. Personalization can be done by any user, and it can be updated at any time. Personalization changes are saved as a default setting (use ‘Save as Default’), or just for the current working session (use ‘Update’).

Proprietary and Confidential List Pages for Demand Planning 1.You cannot reconfigure Planning Schedule or Long Term Planning Schedule list pages, but you can switch your view from this page. 2.The numbered arrow icon ( ) indicates how the information has been sorted. Click on the number to change the sort of a column from descending to ascending. 2 1

Proprietary and Confidential Setting Your E-Mail Alert Preferences 1.From the Navigation Tree, click [+] My Profile E-Mail Alert Preferences 2.The first (3) alerts are turned ON by default – select them to turn them off (not recommended) 3.The rest of the alerts are turned OFF by default – select them to turn them on 4.When finished, click the Update button. 1 2 3

Proprietary and Confidential Creating a Search Page Bookmark Bookmarks allow you to mark a page in SCP as a “Favorite” on your Internet browser. To create a bookmarked page: On any page in SCP (i.e. a Search page), click Bookmark on the SCP header Enter a Name and click OK To access a bookmarked page: On your internet browser, go to Favorites 1.Select the bookmark 1 2 NOTE: If you are not logged into SCP, you are first asked to login and then directed to the page.

Proprietary and Confidential Creating a Planning Schedule Bookmark 1.At Multi Collaboration View page header, click Bookmark 2.In Criteria column, click Collaborations or Filter Selections: >Collaborations – saves the collaborations (items) you selected to view on the page >Filter Selections – saves the filter criteria you defined prior to this page Note: If you get an error “URL size exceeds bookmark limit” when saving ‘Collaborations’, it means that the data that you are book-marking is too large. The alternative is to bookmark ‘Filter Selections’. 3.In Date Range column, click Relative Date Range or Absolute Date Range: >Absolute - retains the date range you selected to view on the page >Relative – uses your default start date and end date 4.Click OK to save bookmark 5.Enter a Name and click OK 1 2 3 4 5
