Males showed no significant difference between the vivid and non-vivid scenarios, they are equally capable of imagining graphic sexual details in both settings. This supports the researcher’s hypothesis that males are more capable of imagining graphic sexual details in comparison to females, which could explain their tendency to be more upset over sexual infidelity than females.
