9. When you have your power point presentation open Left click the Animations tab. Click custom animations. A side bar will show up on the right side of the screen Click on a picture or text box you want to animate. Make sure it is highlighted with a border. Click add effect and choose an effect you want to add (Start with Entrance). When selecting the type of animation choose more effects to sample some effects. Try adding other effects like exits or emphasis. Have fun and make it interesting! Return to Table of Contents

10. Click the Insert tab. Click on a picture or text box you want to be as the trigger for your link. Make sure it is highlighted with a border. Click Hyperlink and a different window will appear. Choose Place in This Document. Then choose a slide to link it to. Click OK When you have your power point presentation open When you watch the power point presentation, You should be able to click on your target which will take you to the slide you linked it to.
