Pending IEPs/Plans Create Pending IEP – Maintain Active IEP Active IEP forms are ‘frozen’ Can edit active Progress Report ADF continues to be updated by iSHARE Create notices and IEP in Pending Area When ready to begin delivery of services on Pending IEP – change to Active Prior IEP forms will automatically be archived 11

Pending IEPs 12 To create the Pending IEP – select the student from the student list and change the status from Active to Pending.

Pending IEPs 13 When a Pending IEP exists, Active forms can not be edited.

Pending IEPs 14 When a Pending IEP exists, select the student from the Pending Status List and complete the Pending IEP Forms.

Pending IEPs 15 When you are ready to begin delivery of services on the Pending IEP – change the student’s status to Active. Prior Active IEP forms will automatically be archived in iKeep and Pending IEP forms will become Active.
