The Celebrate Recovery Guides and Bibles are highly recommended buys for all those deciding to regularly attend The Vine. John Arnott’s booklet in “The Importance of Forgiveness” is foundational teaching for all members.

3. There are some leaflets available if you are here for the first time or not received one before. We believe God speaks both through His written word, and His people. You may receive a personal prophetic word during ministry or prayer time. If you have not experienced this before please pick up one of our free leaflets “What to do when you receive prophetic words”. We ask all those who believe they have a prophetic word to give in the meeting to ask one of the leaders before giving the word.

4. Church is a daunting experience for many first time visitors. You may not know what to expect, or what is expected of you. If we have recognized this is your first time here we will have given you the leaflet “What to expect at this church”. We hope it answers many of your questions. If you want, ignore the rest of the notices and quickly read it now, so you can relax during the meeting.

You will find PODCASTS of most of the messages and teachings, along with teaching outlines from some of our meetings. You will find our diary, events and conference schedule are regularly updated.

7. Teachings include:- They will last six weeks, and be hosted in a relaxed café style environment. They will be instead of individual home groups as we enter this new season.

Will provide us with an opportunity to:- deepen our fellowship together and our understanding of Gods eternal plans to engage, & befriend Christians who are not regularly attending a church, and an opportunity to share with our friends from other churches.

10. Please be active in inviting people. The series will of interest to anyone wanting a deeper understanding of the types and patterns revealed in the Tabernacle. We have 500 flyers like this one to the right to deliver to residents of Carbis Bay, St Ives, your neighbours etc. Could you let Linda know which streets you are willing to leaflet drop.

As a local gathering of believers (church) WE will be starting a number of events over the next year which will come under the heading “Church has left the building” These will involve members of this church who have, where necessary, received appropriate training. NB not all activities require training, or for you to be a member.
