Architecture of ActiveXperts Network Monitor Central Monitoring Engine - a Windows service Manager Application – graphical Windows application; can be installed on any workstation in the network Web Interface – access through customizable web interface No plug-ins – all modules are part of the standard software

Architecture – Central Monitoring Engine Engine is running on ONE server NO agent software required on the server you wish to monitor Engine is running as a Windows service Multi-threading architecture – Engine can process up to 32 checks simultaneously Logging of activities – all activities are logged
