3. Adding a New Record Complete the necessary boxes and click OK. Options for Pager or Mobile Phone, as well as additional notes

4. Record Options By touching or hovering on a record, multiple options appear: COMPLETING A RECORD, MOVE, INFO, and PAGE((  ))

5. Moving or Transferring Move a record at anytime between lists, by selecting the MOVE icon. Moved records will appear in real time on other users lists.

6. Record Details Click or Touch INFO on any record for greater details or a rolling history. Also, set up automated paging at a later time.

7. Paging Page a record with the ((  )) icon. Available Preset messages will appear in a drop down box or type a custom message.

8. Paging Selecting a paged name provides the same COMPLETE, MOVE, and INFO options; as well as, the number of times the name has been paged.

9. Move a paged name at anytime back to the original waitlist or a different Department. Move Record

10. Complete Record Select the icon to complete the record
