Assignment: Try Your Skills at Meal Planning Most of us eat 3 meals a day; that’s 1095 meals in one year! With so many meals, it’s a good idea to practice planning delicious and healthy meals. Using the Sources of Information page plan healthy daily menus for each of these 3 teenagers. Be Creative!
