4. In our class... 1. We agree NOT to hit anyone. 2. We agree to be prepared for class. 3. We agree to respect each other and our materials. 4. We agree to raise our hands to be recognized before speaking, getting up from our seat, or asking permission to go to the restroom. 5. We agree to ask permission to sharpen pencils and get our materials.

5. Entering and Exiting Class  Entering Class  Upon entering, we go to our assigned seats and prepare for class.  Once seated, we begin working on our daily assignment.  Exiting Class  We are responsible for cleaning the area around our desks before leaving our room.  Our teacher will dismiss the class Not the Bell.  We will be dismissed by rows.

6. 1. We will quickly take and eat our breakfast. 2. We will throw away our trash and prepare for class.

7. Restroom and Water a. We will use the restroom and drink water before class. b. After entering the classroom, we will not leave unless it is an extreme Emergency. c. We will sign out and sign in for restroom breaks. 

8.  Pencil Sharpening a. We will sharpen our pencils upon entering the classroom b. If our lead breaks during class and if we do not have another one, we will raise our hand and wait for further instructions.  Trash a. We will throw our trash when dismissed from class. We will keep it at our desk until we are dismissed. b. We will pick up all paper around our desk before leaving the room.

9.  1 st offense- Warning  2 nd offense- Parent Notification  3 rd offense Detention  4 th offense- Referral to the office  This procedure may be altered according to the severity of the offense!!!!
