2. Problem: Odors  2 types of odors: temporary and ongoing  Temporary odors are most often caused by people and trash receptacles  Ongoing odors are most often caused by urine, especially saturated in tile grout www.multi-clean.com

3. Solution: Temporary Odors  Regularly spraying the restroom and trash receptacles with a deodorizer  Disinfecting inside of trash can while changing liner  Checking for leaks or missed trash in the bottom of the trash receptacle www.multi-clean.com

4. Problem: Urine Odors  Urine odor is usually caused by bacteria that use urine as a food source  Both the urine and the bacteria need to be eliminated in order to fully destroy the odor www.multi-clean.com

5. Solution  Disinfectant cleaner  Disinfectants kill the bacteria that are causing the odors  Enzyme cleaner  Contains bacteria that release enzymes that consume the urine, or the source of the odor www.multi-clean.com

6. Disinfectant Cleaner  Dilute disinfectant cleaner to proper dilution and clean floor around toilets/urinals and the outsides of toilets/urinals  Leave surface visibly wet and allow to air dry www.multi-clean.com

7. Enzyme Cleaner  Dilute enzyme cleaner to proper dilution and apply to area around toilets/urinals/sinks www.multi-clean.com

8. Problem: Dirty stained grout  Grout is porous and easily entraps dirt, stains, and bacteria  Grout can appear dirty and cause malodors www.multi-clean.com

9. Solution  First: deep clean to remove embedded dirt and bacteria  Second: remove stains and brighten grout www.multi-clean.com

10. Step 1: Deep Clean  Apply an alkaline cleaner to the floor with a mop and let sit for 5-10 minutes  Scrub floor with a an automatic scrubber or scrub brush  Vacuum spent solution or pick up with mop and water www.multi-clean.com

11. Step 2: Remove Stains & Brighten  Apply peroxide cleaner to the floor with a mop & let sit for 5-10 minutes  Scrub floor with an automatic scrubber or scrub brush  Vacuum spent solution or pick up with mop and water www.multi-clean.com

15. Step 1  Apply acid cleaner with a foaming trigger sprayer to floor, walls, toilets, urinals, counters, and anywhere else hard water buildup is visible  Start at the bottom and work upwards www.multi-clean.com
