If for some reason a child is having difficulty following our class procedures/rules, I will send you a note, email, or I will call you. I believe it is so important for us all to communicate throughout the year so we are all on the "same page" and "same team". I only want what is best for you and your child. Our class marble jar is a fun way to reinforce good class behavior, Marbles will are placed in the jar when good behavior is exemplified in the halls, bathrooms, recess, as well as in the classroom. When the jar is full, we will have a special "fun day" to celebrate our success!

Healthy Snacks and Birthdays *We have individual snacks each morning. Please send a healthy, low sugar snack that can recharge his/her brain and body. Make sure the snacks do not have nuts or any nut products. The school is really trying to promote healthy eating choices. However, I know birthdays are special days to celebrate at school. So, it is up to you on how you would like to celebrate. We will celebrate at our 10:55 morning recess or at the end of the day 3:00. The three important things to remember about food are: 1. Must be store bought 2. must contain NO NUT products 3. the ingredient label must be provided. Please know that you are not required to provide anything for your child’s birthday.
