NEW COMMUNICATION PROCEDURES 1.1 month prior to event or campaign Present program to Executive Board including budget Fill out paperwork as required to NSD or PTA 2.2 weeks prior to event or campaign Present program to Association for approval Get Flier approved by Mr. Gamarra (hard copy to Carrie) Once flier is approved, send to Christine for website upload Make 50 hard copies for the lobby Send Connect-ed message to Monprapa

NEW COMMUNICATION PROCEDURES 3. 1 week prior Committee to decorate the bulletin board Banner & Valet signs posted Connect-ed message and email will go out 4.Week of event Email blast reminders sent to Room Parents for distribution to class parents 5.Day after event (or Monday following a Friday event) All banners, signs, posters, bulletin board must be taken down All decorations in MPR must be removed All fliers left in lobby removed & recycled
