7 GENDER EQUALITY IN THE PERSPECTIVE OF PROPERTY REGISTRATION TITLES IN ALBANIA Objective: To highlight the problems and to suggest possible solutions, related to property rights based on gender equality, analyzing legal issues and the functionality of immovable property registration processes, in order to rise up a comprehensive database, helpful on policy and law making. Question: Does IPRO have the capacity to produce gender- disaggregated data on property ownership? Analyzes is made on three directions:  Social influences;  Legal base;  Administrative issues.
