3 Submissions for Assessments 3 Used for SBAC Used for NECAP Science, if you do not submit NECAP Science Data is being sent nightly to the SBAC vendor AIR. StudentRoster Used only for NECAP Science First round of labels given to Measured Progress on April 1 st. Second round on May 1 st. NECAP Science Label Registration Used to register students for both NECAP Science and DLM. NECAP Alt will be sent to Measured Progress on April 3 rd. DLM will be sent student data early March and updated nightly. NH-Alt Registration Beginning later this month, you will be able to add a single sasid in the i4see workbench rather than having to upload a batch. The same will be true for deleting a student. 4 Workbench Highlights 4New Hampshire Department of Education Make sure your submission is batch verified! Click “Analysis->Anomaly and State Reports” to print student rosters, student tickets and review anomalies.

5 Items to Consider 5 If one sasid is submitted in multiple batches / schools, then the record most recently uploaded will be used. Most Recent Students who are in 11 th grade must be tested. Additionally students who were in 10 th grade last year and are in 12 th grade this year must be tested. Note: if the student took the 11 th grade NECAP then he/she does not need to be tested again – but can take the SBAC if they want. Be Inclusive for 11 th Graders You must submit a record for your OOD placed students (identifying the private school). Inform the private school. Out of District Placed Students Each student will have a StudentAssessmentID that is used rather than their SASID. StudentAssessmentID New Hampshire Department of Education
