Your Positive Personal Attitude An Outward Expression of your Inner-Self “You must have the same attitude that Christ Jesus had. Though He was God, He did not think of equality with God was something to cling to. Instead, He gave up His divine privileges, He took the humble position of a slave and was born as a human being. When He appeared in human form, He humbled Himself in obedience to God and died a criminal’s death on the cross. Phil 2:5-8 (NLT)

A GREAT Positive ATTITUDE IS A Key to Divine Promotion Begins by thinking Positive About Others and Humility before God. (James 4:1-10; 1Pet 5:5-7) Therefore, God elevated him to the place of highest honor and gave Him the Name above all names, that at the Names of Jesus every knee should bow, in heaven and on earth and under the earth, and every tongue confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father. A GREAT Positive ATTITUDE IS Key to Overcoming Setbacks Having a proactive attitude does not take away the setbacks we will encounter in life….. ATTITUDE My attitude as I begin a task will affect its outcome more than anything else.

ATTITUDE I am responsible for my attitude toward others They are responsible for their attitude toward me.

ATTITUDE My attitude is the major difference between success and failure. “Watch over your heart and guard it with all diligence. For from it flow the springs of life.” (Proverbs 4:23)

ATTITUDE My attitude, not my achievements, will give me happiness. Personal Evaluation Have you ever thought…. I’d be happier 1. If I could just serve in a different place, I’d be happier. I’d be satisfied 2. If I just knew that person, I’d be satisfied. I would be OK 3. If things were different here, I would be OK. I’d feel better about myself. 4. If I would not have done that, I’d feel better about myself.

ATTITUDE My attitude needs continual adjustment. Indicators for Attitude Adjustments… I have not had enough time with God or myself. My family notices and tells me about my attitude My relationship with co-workers becomes strained. My view of people begins to lower. My perspective on life becomes cynical.
