15 Copyright 2005 All Rights Reserved Chair Hydraulic Base Cylinder n Base cylinder replacement l Remove motor pump, lift arm and stop plate covers l Position chair base up l Lower chair on solid support l Remove rod screw and the pivot pin l Remove reservoir cap l Operate base down while pushing rod into cylinder l Remove 2 screws at base of cylinder l Remove hydraulic hose from cylinder

16 Copyright 2005 All Rights Reserved Chair Hydraulic Back Cylinder n Back cylinder replacement l Remove seat and back upholstery l Position chair back down l Remove hydraulic hose and vent line from cylinder l Remove snap ring at rear of trunion l Unscrew cylinder rod from bearing clevis using a 9/64 hex key through hole l Pull cylinder out from front of trunion
