31. DATA SHARING The Oklahoma Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services and the Oklahoma Department of Public Safety have been working together to create an electronic data sharing plan

33. PHASE ONE DPS will send electronic records of all license revocation related to DUI, DWI, APC certain drug convictions, etc. to ODMHSAS STATUS ~ Nearing completion
