Reunion de groupe 29 oct. 2002G. Bernardi, LPNHE- Paris Calibration On-line 1) study g1 vs g8: free ramp mode for each channel, to see were the switch happens. 2) RZ: fits the ramps, determines the non-linearity correction. set the gain at 0.25 adc count/DAC count Note: this determination is done w/o timing check. Verify Phi uniformity. 3) determines each pulser's offset and implement them to be used automatically when ramping.

Reunion de groupe 29 oct. 2002G. Bernardi, LPNHE- Paris Calibration On-line 4) study again the pulser linearity (compare g1/g8) 5) study electronic x-talk: one channel vs many channels at a time. 6) verify mapping again. 7) timing scans/optimization. 8) consider ADC replacement.

Reunion de groupe 29 oct. 2002G. Bernardi, LPNHE- Paris Jet/Met plans about noise 1) Check pedestal/noise files from UB (adapted from Mrinmoy's program). Integer and real values allow to compare problematic channels. Verify variation/stability in time. 2) verify NADA behaviour with change of linearity. Eventually defines NADA as a sigma thresholds algorithm? 3) Check output of cal-examine. Match cells found with NADA cells. Decides if it's worth killing them at this stage.

Reunion de groupe 29 oct. 2002G. Bernardi, LPNHE- Paris Jet/Met plans about noise 4) L1 MET / L1 cal-examine. Match with NADA/PR(precision readout 5) CH: how to kill? same logic: keeps a chunck (met/set of rej cells) optimize it on tuple. Needs discriminating variables, or gamma-Jet sample. 6) MET: study variables of new MET block 7) JETS: reject negative cells to see the effect.
