Les Verbes Réfléchis Some Important Points
These are actions one does to him/ herself. I brush my own hair, I wash my own hands, I get myself out of bed in the morning. Each sentence must have both a subject pronoun and a reflexive pronoun. The actual verb itself is conjugated like the regular -er, -ir, and -re verbs! Je me réveille à six heures et demie. Tu t’habilles à huit heures du matin. Be careful: Je dîne à sept heures et quart.

03.03 J'ai Mal à: Avoir mal à J'ai mal au ventre.
The most important thing to be able to do when you are sick is to tell people where it hurts so that they may help you. In French, we use the expression "avoir mal à." You conjugate the verb avoir according to the pattern learned previously and then add the body part of where it hurts. J'ai mal au ventre. Il a mal aux oreilles Vous avez mal à la tête. **Don’t forget** à + le = au à + la = à la à + les = aux
