Role of Government Representative changes from giving direction to ensuring the designated contract outcomes are met. Government evaluates the final outcome not the method used to reach that outcome.

TERC V –Will include Cost Reimbursement with Incentives (and PBC features). Fixed Price Remediation w/Insurance Contracts: –Nationwide Contracts, $500 M total capacity –1 ERS/Construction Contract. –2 Multiple Award Remediation Contract (MARC) Pools. Up to 3 unrestricted contracts for ERS. Up to 3 small business contracts for ERS.
