SEN statutory framework briefings For Headteachers, SENCos and teachers responsible for SEN Units KCC will be providing participants with a 2-hour briefing on forthcoming changes to SEN Statutory framework: An overview of the Children & Families Act 2014 The latest information about the proposed SEN Code of Practice & new regulations Links to the Kent SEND Strategy and Pathfinder testing How the changes will be implemented from September 2014
