1. Hollister High School The Road Less Traveled: SW-PBIS and HHS

2. 2007 PBIS Tier I team founded. Went to Summer Institute. Team made up of people about to retire.

3. 2008 Went to Summer Institute. Identified majors and minors with a way to track each. Team made up of people who were unmotivated and who left the district after one year.

4. 2009 Tier 1 team was revamped (members). Team was given resources. Team was given direction (action plan). The rest of the faculty had to be educated. Team was given TIME.

5. 2010 Team continued to implement Tier I. Team was given more resources. Team was given clearer direction with goals. Team members were given time to create lessons. Time was devoted for discipline data analysis. Continue to educate faculty.

6. 2011 Began working on Tier II interventions. CI/CO was successful, but needs to address more students with the DPR. Discipline data aligned with lesson plans. New lesson plans created. Weekly check ins with counselor. Faculty education continued.
