2015 Code – Impact on NOCs All NOCs must have rules in line with the 2015 Code by 1 January 2015 – NOC Declaration created alongside ANOC to be signed Some NOCs have already implemented the 2015 Code in their rules Those NOCs in countries that do not have a NADO should work with their government to establish a NADO

Support anti-doping programs Ensure National Federations, Athletes and Athlete Support Personnel are bound by anti-doping rules Have in place rules that sanction the entourage Responsibilities of NOCs, Governments and NADOs

Under article 20.3 of the 2015 Code, IFs have the obligation to ensure that National Federations comply with the Code IFs have direct jurisdiction over National Federations and close contact with them In many countries, NADOs and government also work with National Federations to ensure that they comply with the Code In some countries, NOCs also work with National Federations to ensure that they comply with the Code National Federations under the 2015 Code

123 countries are members of a RADO –As member of a RADO, the NOC & Government must maintain an active & supportive role with RADO 131 countries (RADO and non-RADO member) have existing NADOs If your country does not have a NADO or is not a member of a RADO –Work with Government to establish a NADO –In the interim operate as NADO by default –Join a RADO, where applicable Current Scenario
