9 Tool for organizing focussed discussions between industry, post-secondary, and K12 sectors  Personalized learning for students with a destination  Systemic program design based on valid opportunities and criteria  As provincial initiative, creates more opportunity equity than multiple, idiosyncratic local agreements (but not replacing them)  Cost-effective system benefit through widespread articulation, reducing learner time in training  Effective pathway transition into post-secondary and employment means better-prepared (more sophisticated) students  Many educators are well-positioned for change
