3 Creating an effective slide presentation can seem like an overwhelming task. One way to make the whole presentation more manageable is to follow a proven three-step process-the three Ps (Plan, Prepare and Practice. PLANPREPAREPRACTICE

4 PLAN 1.Identify the purpose of the presentation. 2.Determine the type/level of your audience. 3.Create a storyboard using a piece of paper.

5 PLAN Make sure that text and images are arranged in a visually pleasing, balance, easy-to-read, and functional way. Remember: Keep it Simple and Straightforward (KISS)

20 Keep it Simple (Clipart) People have limited attention span. A carefully placed clipart can catch attention and interest. A clipart should contribute to the understandability of the slide. It should not be used decoratively.
